Position Overview Bread Alone Supervisors are to ensure that their station is running, safely, smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with our Purpose, Values and Culture.
Supervisors embody good habits and excellence in customer service.
The Logistic Supervisor is responsible for helping to oversee the day to day of their station in the packing department, as well as supporting the distribution of shipping and delivering bread.
The Distribution Supervisor role is responsible for or actively troubleshooting issues that arise on their station(s) and communicating those issues with other supervisors in their department, and with the Manager on Duty (MOD).
This role requires a focus on detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks over a period of time.
The Distribution Department is the 'last mile' of Bread Alone's supply chain, and is critical to successful customer service.
Distribution also comprises up to 30% of Bread Alone costs, and are therefore critical to Bread Alone's financial success.
As such, this role requires outstanding work ethics, operational excellence, and diligent work habits.
Bread Alone Supervisors hold themselves and their teammates accountable to Bread Alone safety, culture, and employee conduct standards.
They must address any product, equipment, and interpersonal issues in accordance with Bread Alone policy and seek support from managers when necessary.
Supervisors are responsible for properly documenting and communicating with their manager any issue regarding product, equipment, or the team.
Supervisors take ownership and responsibility for their station.
They embody the work ethic, curiosity, gritty determination, honesty, and humility that is at the core the Bread Alone management principles.
Supervisors ask for consent, build consensus, and never use coercion to lead their team.
Compensation $22.

00 per hour Hours This is a full-time role with a Tuesday-Friday from 4:
00PM-2:
30AM schedule.
Requirements:
Core Duties and Responsibilities Duties, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure safe, efficient, high quality operation of assigned station(s) Have a full knowledge of and ability to communicate effectively all guidelines for safe and efficient operation of the station under your supervision Create sustainability in our job environment through collaboration with your teammates in achieving our goals Demonstrate a commitment to Bread Alone's core mission to consistently deliver high quality organic baked goods to the Hudson Valley and surrounding regions Actively and immediately communicate any possible delays or product quality issues to managers in your department Ensure that Bread Alone safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), culture, and food safety standards are being followed by you and all team members on your station Follows through with all special orders or problem accounts to eliminate mistakes Actively communicate any work delays or product issues as soon as possible Responsible for proper, safe equipment operation, including calibration, routine maintenance and routine troubleshooting as set by managers and training materials Provide feedback to managers and training department on areas of our protocols and training guidelines that need improvement Ensure that you and any professionals assigned to your station are following the break schedule.
Communicate with your MOD regarding any need for adjustments based on workflow as necessary Organize and delegate tasks as needed to any professionals assigned to your station Listen to team members, provide feedback to manager on any issues and seek support when necessary Coach and encourages team members to perform according to Bread Alone rules but defer any corrective or disciplinary action to their manager Report to manager any issues that arise that are outside supervisor responsibilities Job Requirements Able to stand for long periods of time while executing tasks quickly and accurately Able to to work in a physically demanding fast-paced environment Able to tolerate exposure to high levels of heat and cold Able to twist and bend repeatedly for long periods of time Respect for and comfort with a diverse and inclusive workplace Able to pull, push, move and lift to waist level Able to carry awkward and shifting weights up to 50 pounds in a safe and controlled manner Able to work with, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner according to Bread Alone guidelines Able and willing to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and assigned uniform as required per company policy Willing to follow all safety guidelines set out by Bread Alone Willing to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices which includes but are not limited to:
Removing any visible or exposed piercings and body jewelry, personal accessories, false nails & refraining from makeup at work (ie.
mascara or heavy foundation, lipstick) Willing to take responsibility for your own and others safety by following all safety rules and regulations and reporting any unsafe conditions to your manager The Bakery is open 365 days a year and team members must be willing to work consistently throughout the year which includes holidays and weekends.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
