Call Center Representative

Job Details:
Hospital Experience preferred

Responsible for handling all inquiries relating to patients who call, write or arrive in person that have questions/issues regarding their medical bills.

Education: High School diploma

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years office experience preferable in medical related field or equivalent education

Training/License: Typing, data entry, general clerical and strong mathematical skills required. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance companies; ability to use computers and modern office equipment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
